Espiritu Santo Island, Vanuatu Part 2

We were just getting right into the snorkelling and enjoying the fantastic coral and fish when we started to feel small stings on the inside of our arms. We spotted small transparent jellyfish that we were swimming amongst. If I was in the Whitsundays (Australia) I would be thinking this is it, we are dead, but obviously these were a different type to the killer jellyfish we have at home. These stings were like mozzies and didn’t last more than 5 minutes. We decided to get out anyway, just in case Pete reacted to them (he didn’t). On the way back to our island, Pete found a blue starfish!     Select the photo below to see the starfish up closer.
